Refund policy


Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management.

Due to the fresh nature of our flowers, we ask that you submit your complaint or feedback within one working day of delivery. We guarantee that the flowers will remain fresh for seven days from the time of delivery. We assume that you will take proper care of the bouquet and that the location where the bouquet is placed is not subject to extreme heat, cold or draughts.


If the bouquet arrives damaged or wilts or no longer looks good within seven days of delivery, we ask that you send at least three clear photos with the complaint: one photo from above and two from the side, with sufficient light. This is the only way we can properly assess the bouquet and address the florist accordingly. If the complaint is found to be justified, we will contact you to discuss a suitable solution or compensation.

Right of withdrawal

Flowers, fruit baskets and other perishable products are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal because of their perishable nature during the withdrawal period, as mentioned in the article VI, 53 of the Code of Economic Law. The following only applies to other products. 

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without having to state the reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you and who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your intention to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal declaration (e.g. in writing, by fax or by e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form ( See Appendix I: "Model form for right of withdrawal" at the bottom of this page) for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 

Effects of the right of withdrawal

If you terminate this Agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery type offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to terminate. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used to make the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for this reimbursement. We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you have provided proof of their return, whichever comes first. 

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your decision to cancel the contract. You are in time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by you. You shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
